McKenzie Winland leads the National Liver Registry (NLR), overseeing products, strategy, and network development.

Before joining the NKR, Ms. Winland spent over 11 years in the banking industry, including leadership roles in operations and program management. She served as Vice President at JPMorgan Chase in Wealth Management Operations, managing teams across training, change management, transformation, and automation. She then moved to Huntington Bank as Vice President, where she led large strategic programs in the Commercial Bank, including expansions into new states and industries.

McKenzie grew up outside Baltimore, Maryland, and earned a BA in Economics from Denison University. She now lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband and their son.
